Craft engaging, accessible, and on-brand copy across CRM, websites, blogs, and digital marketing campaigns
Ensure all content is clear, high-quality, and error-free, even under tight deadlines or in fast-changing situations
Work closely with eCommerce, UI/UX, designers, stakeholders, and fellow content specialists to deliver unified customer experiences that strengthen engagement and drive conversions
Elevate UX and UI through compelling marketing copy
Partner with LSPs and freelancers to deliver high-quality multilingual content, adapting messaging for different markets and cultures while maintaining a consistent brand voice
Manage content across CMS platforms, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely updates across all digital touchpoints
Streamline processes across websites, app, and digital campaigns to drive growth and create impactful local content experiences
Participate in additional tasks as priorities evolve
Requirements
Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
At least 2 years of experience as a Copywriter/UX Writer
Solid grasp of UX principles and marketing-oriented content writing
Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize, take initiative, and maintain high attention to detail
Knowledge of content management across different platforms and channels (email, chat, social media, internal communication)
Data-driven mindset with strong project management skills
Understanding of the product development process, from problem-solving through to detailed interaction and visual design
Additional languages are a strong plus
(Nice to have) Experience working in e-commerce within CRM or digital marketing teams
(Nice to have) Familiarity with content management systems, email templates, and combining text with visuals
(Nice to have) SEO and e-commerce writing experience (product description texts, digital campaigns)
