About the role
- Write viral ad scripts and storyboard concepts; collaborate with film team to produce scroll-stopping videos
- Launch and manage paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google with a creative-first mindset
- Rapidly test creative variations, identify winners, and double down on what works
- Work with social managers to repurpose viral content into ads and vice versa
- Translate performance into clear ROI for elite clinic owners and be the face of results
- Build a repeatable system for ad creative ideation → production → testing to set organizational standards
Requirements
- Experience scripting or directing ads/viral videos that achieved 100k+ views or generated conversions
- Obsessed with short-form content psychology
- Experience running paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Ability to script viral-style videos and direct shoots
- Ability to translate trends into high-performing ad creatives
- Ability to manage budgets and targeting
- Ability to test creative variations rapidly and iterate
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and hit deadlines
- Must submit resume and a portfolio of ads or viral videos you've scripted/directed
