About the role
- DealMaker is a fintech platform making online capital raising mainstream and has powered $2B+ across 1,000+ campaigns
- Write high-converting short-form video scripts (15–60s) for Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn tailored for voiceover and on-screen delivery
- Create compelling copy for static ads: in-image headlines and subheads that drive clicks across paid social and display
- Develop platform-native post copy that complements assets and resonates with funnel stages and audiences
- Translate creative briefs and brand guidelines into strategic, performance-driven messaging
- Support variant testing and modular messaging: hooks, CTAs, intros, and scalable frameworks
- Collaborate across creative functions to align messaging and visuals
- Leverage AI tools for drafting, ideation, and efficiency while refining outputs to brand tone
- Maintain copy consistency and documentation: contribute to internal copy libraries and naming systems
- Success measured by high script volume with minimal revisions, assets driving above-average performance, cross-functional alignment, fast uptake of feedback, and creative experimentation

- Narrative & Scriptwriting Mastery: turn abstract ideas into concise, story-driven scripts with strong pacing and clear structure
- Strategic Thinking & Message Alignment: match message to audience, goal, and platform—especially in performance marketing
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work well with creative strategists, designers, and video editors; give and receive feedback constructively
- Creative Agility & Versioning: create multiple variants, iterate quickly, and test new approaches with confidence
- AI-Assisted Writing Fluency: comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT for ideation and efficiency
- Fast-paced adaptability: moves fast, stays flexible, and finds solutions
- Feedback-driven mindset: takes feedback as fuel and continuously improves
