About the role
- Rewrite the clients’ brand guide, keeping existing structure but updating tone and language
- Refresh all website copy to reflect new leadership vision and ensure tone consistency across pages
- Simplify and clarify key messaging to enhance accessibility and audience alignment
- Ensure all web content is SEO-optimized while remaining human and approachable
- Deliver additional content as needed, such as short descriptions, project overviews, and community stories
Requirements
- Proven experience in copywriting and editing for web and branding
- Familiarity with real estate, property management, or community development
- Strong understanding of brand voice development and consistency
- Demonstrated SEO writing expertise
