About the role
- Build and publish large volumes of AI-driven real estate short-form videos that inform, engage, and generate clients
- Create high-volume, high-quality short-form videos each week using AI tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Canva, etc.)
- Research and script local real estate stories, market updates, and neighborhood highlights
- Edit, brand, and publish content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Test new formats, track results, and optimize content strategy for reach and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and style
- Document workflows and train others as the system scales
- Execute consistently and evolve the process, spotting what works, testing improvements, and driving results
Requirements
- Creative executor who thrives in a structured system but pushes for constant improvement
- Comfortable with AI tools or quick to learn them
- Able to manage deadlines and deliver consistently at scale (40+ videos per week)
- Data-minded: you look at views, engagement, and conversions to guide decisions
- Growth-oriented: willing to experiment, learn, and evolve
- Accountable: You own deadlines and results.
- Caring: You create content that genuinely helps and informs our audience.
- Coachable: You take feedback and improve quickly.
- Knowledgeable: You know how to spot content worth sharing.
- Transparent: You communicate openly and honestly.
- Bonus points if you already know AI content tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Canva, etc.), but we will train you.
