• Build the Automations: Architect and deploy automated workflows (using tools like Zapier, Make, or native API integrations) connecting our CRM that we built, Dotloop/DocuSign, MLS, and communication platforms.
• Implement AI Solutions: Integrate AI tools to handle heavy lifting - whether that's using AI to extract key dates and terms from PDF contracts, drafting compliance emails, or creating AI agents to answer standard client/agent FAQs during the escrow process.
• Reduce Friction: Your ultimate KPI is reducing the hours spent per transaction. You will build a system where data is entered *once* and flows perfectly everywhere it needs to go.
• Train the Team: You won't just build the machine; you will help our existing Success Team and TCs transition into using it, providing clear SOPs and troubleshooting support.

• Your mission is to build the machine. You will create the plug-and-play infrastructure, the training libraries, and the exclusive culture that makes Real Edge the most valuable sub-community in the industry. You are not the recruiter. You are the operator who builds the product our recruiters sell.

• You will be the integrator and community architect for the Real Edge Network.
• First, you will build the operational playbook. When a new $50 million team joins our network, you will oversee their onboarding. You will hand them the standard operating procedures, the hiring guides, and the tech stack integrations they need to transition seamlessly.
• Second, you will run the community. You will organize high-level weekly masterminds. You will manage the internal communication channels. You will build live events and retreats that forge fierce loyalty among our members.
