Account Manager

• Ability to convert mid-market opportunities to March Networks by working with channel partners as well as direct engagement with end users
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for March Networks with channel partners
• Structure and manage relationships with new and existing systems integrators, VARs, and strategic partners.
• Drive channel sales by developing relationships and evangelizing solutions with channel partner sales teams. Identify and execute joint marketing programs to create new sales opportunities.
• Gain and maintain mind share of sales representatives at our channel partners so that March Networks is viewed as a preferred set of products for their customers and prospects
• Assist channel partner representatives with the positioning and sale of March Networks products, through presentations and demonstrations
• Develop and expand partner services opportunities.
• Champion the interests and value of channel partners within the organization.
• Set short-term and long-term sales strategies.
• Inform prospects and customers of sales promotions.
• Maintain prospect and customer records to help in preparing sales forecasts, market analysis and assessing competitor activity.
• Submit reports pertaining to sales activity, potential sale opportunities and market trends.
• Submit accurate rolling project forecasts looking out 360 days.
• Give constructive and quantitative information to help maintenance of product manuals.
• Give feedback to business development managers and product management regarding competitor pricing, markets trends and technology innovations in the field.
• Participate and assist with trade shows, conventions, customer functions and industry-wide affairs as needed.
• Work and cooperate with all sales, customer service, technical and management personnel.
• Continually assess the ROI of all sales activities in the assigned region

Channel Account Manager

Backend Engineer

• Working in 2-week sprints, assist with building data-driven applications in a team of backend developers, frontend developers and QA
• Working daily with the scrum, interdisciplinary team

Backend Developer – Mid/Mid+

Network Operations

• Provide remote product health monitoring function for any customers subscribed to our Managed Services. Includes:
• o Reviewing and maintaining the Command Enterprise Server Health Alert Inbox
• o Performing any remote diagnostics and applying fixes on monitored recording devices and IP cameras/encoders
• o Logging all health alerts within the NOC’s ticketing database
• o Updating tickets to keep their status current
• o Creating and maintaining tickets for customers who purchased the Field of View Service
• Ensure the Health Scan’s product to customer mapping is correctly configured
• Participate in maintenance and administration of the NOC reporting and tracking database
• Work independently through verbal/written instructions from management
• Promote and maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring issues are resolved or escalated promptly and as per any Service Level Agreements.
• Other related duties incidental to the department.
• Ensure to remain updated on all the latest training on March products and solutions
• Escalate problems/issues to NOC Level 2 team when required
• Perform IP Camera firmware upgrades as required

Network Operations Centre – Support Specialist, Tier 1

Operations

• Resolves problems with a high level of customer service, focusing on customer satisfaction and resulting in a higher level of confidence in the company and our products.
• Provides phone and email support to customers. Answers questions regarding products, pricing, part number verification etc.
• Liaises with the Sales, Finance, Product Management, Legal and Operations departments to ensure smooth order flow, delivery of product and successful resolution of customer needs (on time delivery and product shortage mitigation).
• Generates all transactions related to order management in SAP while adhering to company processes for hardware, software and subscription services product lines.
• Provides shipment confirmations and tracking information to customers as required.
• Provides pro-forma invoices, freight quotes and certifications for international shipments as required
• Proactively notify customers of upcoming subscription services renewals, provide relevant previous order information to make it easy for customers to renew and ensure payment
• Generate all transactions related to subscription services invoicing and renewals in SAP as related to our overall order management processes
• Support the transition of our hosted services subscriptions backlog to new billing system
• Functions independently and makes decisions with regards to daily activities and special projects with direction from Department Manager

Customer Operations Specialist

Sales

• Develop and execute a territory growth plan to exceed annual sales targets and strategic objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across transit agencies, trucking fleets, shuttle services, rail, and private fleet markets.
• Build qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, digital outreach, and strategic partner engagement.
• Grow revenue within existing customer accounts through upgrades, cloud services, technology expansions, contract renewals, and AI solutions.
• Develop strong executive and operational relationships with customers, consultants, OEMs, and System Integrators.
• Report and lead account planning and structured customer business reviews.
• Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through award, contract execution, and handoff to delivery teams.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, RFI/RFP responses, bid submissions, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and activity management within Salesforce CRM.
• Position March Networks' portfolio of mobile video surveillance, intelligent video data, cameras, cloud services, evidence management, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable customer outcomes - including rider and operator safety, claims reduction, operational efficiency, driver performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product Management, Customer Success, and Operations to co-develop solutions that solve real customer problems and create lasting value.
• Work cooperatively with ecosystem partners (CAD/AVL providers, fare systems, OEM bus and rail manufacturers, system integrators) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent March Networks at key industry events including APTA, CUTA, Bus-Con, regional transit conferences, and customer events.
• Monitor competitive activity, procurement trends, federal and state funding cycles, and market developments.
• Provide voice-of-customer feedback to leadership, product, and marketing teams.

Regional Sales Manager – Transit Solutions

QA Engineer

• You will work in 2-week sprints, assist with building data-driven applications in a team of backend developers, frontend developers and QA – interdisciplinary scrum team
• You will use testing tools, define and support QA strategies
• You will perform both manual (**50%**) and automated (**50%**) testing
• Writing testing scenarios will also be a part of your daily responsibilities

Junior QA Engineer

Manager

• Develop a strategy for assigned territory and execute against the plan to exceed annual sales objectives and quota targets.
• Create account plans and strategies to win new business within assigned territory from new key end-user accounts who are not currently doing business with March Networks. Responsible for meeting sales quota for new key end-user accounts by identifying new sales opportunities through contacting prospective customers by cold calling, premise visits, networking, lead generation, proposal submission and customer appointments.
• Partner and engage with appropriate channel partners when needed for new end-user opportunities and identify and follow through on significant end-user sales opportunities identified by the Channel Partners.
• Partner with Sales Engineers to bring technical pre-sales expertise to target customers and their IT, Security, Cyber, and Operations organizations.
• Learn and continuously develop knowledge of existing and new products/solutions which includes enhancing expertise in company’s software application technologies. Partners closely with product management and marketing to provide constructive feedback reflecting customer and market needs/issues.
• Utilize Salesforce.com CRM system to manage opportunities, quotes, funnel, leads, and relevant account details.
