About the role
- Manage the enterprise reporting team to design and implement reporting solutions
- Provide leadership guidance to scrum teams developing reporting solutions
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered reporting and analytics solutions
- Lead initiatives to integrate machine learning models, predictive analytics, and other AI technologies
- Develop and maintain a data warehouse that integrates data from various sources
- Design and implement data models that support reporting and analysis
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data used in reporting
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting solutions
- 5+ years of experience in management role
- Experience leading a team developing Tableau solutions (PowerBI is a plus)
- Experience with ETL tools and processes
- Experience with Snowflake
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience implementing AI solutions (e.g., machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics)
