About the role

  • Supporting planning and scheduling teams to improve production accuracy ensuring schedule adherence
  • Standardizing and documenting the scheduling and planning process in plants
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Developing and optimizing process governance for all supply chain processes in the plant
  • Acting as a support group for any plant’s day-to-day performance recovery
  • Focusing on training and skill development for plant MP&L capabilities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in process governance and support across different departments or business units
  • Conducting regular audits and assessments to evaluate the adherence and the effectiveness of process governance
  • Supporting and governing the PP, MM, SD and WM modules in SAP for the region
  • Supporting supervision of overall inventory control, order processing, warehouse activities, transportation, maintenance and customer service
  • Manage other functional process managers in designing/improving, and supporting manufacturing planning processes in the plants
  • Lead and develop each manufacturing location MP/L managers to achieve the corporate strategy and KPI’s.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
  • 8 years in industrial manufacturing
  • 3 years in MP&L manufacturing leadership
  • ERP experience, SAP strongly preferred
  • Regional experience preferred
