Project Manager

• Own the configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of ClickUp workspaces, dashboards, and reporting.
• Standardize processes and templates to ensure consistent execution across teams.
• Train and support staff on best practices for using ClickUp.
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within ClickUp.
• Monitor progress, dependencies, and resource allocation, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

QA Engineer

• Work collaboratively to develop a strong understanding of the systems and testing objectives.
• Design, create, execute, and analyse manual and automated tests for both sprint and regression testing.
• Support the production deployment of applications, ensuring a smooth and error-free release process.
• Ability to write clear bug reports quickly and concisely and collaborate with developers to get them fixed
• Conduct exploratory testing within an Agile environment to identify potential issues and improve test coverage.
• Maintain an excellent testing mindset, applying critical thinking to identify test scenarios, potential improvements, and edge cases.
• Actively seek opportunities for training and development, staying updated with the latest testing techniques, tools, and industry trends

Quality Engineer

Graphics Designer

• Review, edit, and refine AI-generated copy and visual content across therapeutic areas—from branded HCP leave-behinds to unbranded patient education materials.
• Make changes to documents in PDF, Figma, and HTML formats, with tasks ranging from simple textual changes to more complex design modifications, all submitted through the company platform.
• Adjust and optimize AI-generated layouts, graphics, and design elements to ensure brand compliance and visual impact.
• Guide AI models on tone, style, visual hierarchy, and structure by shaping prompts, curating training examples, and evaluating both written and visual outputs.
• Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content alignment with client requirements, and with product & engineering teams to improve model performance for copy and design generation.
• Capture user feedback from brand and agency partners to continuously improve platform-generated integrated creative content.
• Help define creative and editorial standards that balance scientific accuracy, brand voice, visual impact, marketing clarity, and regulatory requirements.

• Design and develop a responsive front-end for maturity assessments, dashboards, and guided remediation paths.
• Implement business logic to support multi-framework scoring models and recommendations.
• Build backend services and APIs for assessment delivery, storage, and report generation.

• Ensure robust security features including encryption, secure auth, and access control.

• Own the marketing engine end-to-end: brand & design, performance marketing, social & image creative, and Voice of Customer.
• Own the number: set targets and deliver on CAC, payback, lead volume, and conversion rates across channels.
• Performance marketing: plan budgets; run paid search/social; manage landing pages; execute CRO and disciplined A/B testing.
• Brand & design: define narrative, tone, and visual standards; ship clear, trustworthy experiences across web, ads, and lifecycle.
• Social & image design: own social calendar and creative production; produce or direct image/short-form assets and run creative split tests.
• AI-assisted marketing: use LLMs/gen-AI to create copy variants, summarize VOC insights, build test matrices, and accelerate experiments.
• Voice of Customer: run interviews, surveys, call listening, and message tests; convert insights into copy, pages, and creatives each sprint.

• Take over Google Ads and Facebook Ads from external agencies and manage them in-house.

• Provide weekly performance dashboards/reports highlighting ROI and optimization recommendations.
• Support affiliate marketing campaigns and assist in sourcing campaign assets (design resources or contractors).
