Own the configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of ClickUp workspaces, dashboards, and reporting.
Standardize processes and templates to ensure consistent execution across teams.
Train and support staff on best practices for using ClickUp.
Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within ClickUp.
Monitor progress, dependencies, and resource allocation, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
Act as the central hub for cross-functional communication, aligning stakeholders around project goals.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automations into ClickUp and related workflows (task creation, reporting, content generation, predictive analytics).
Build, test, and maintain automations that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
Stay current on emerging AI solutions and advise leadership on potential applications within project management.
Leverage ClickUp reporting tools and AI-assisted analytics to track KPIs, team productivity, and project outcomes.
Provide actionable insights to leadership for process improvements and decision-making.
Requirements
3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
ClickUp expertise highly advantageous; willingness to learn ClickUp or task management experience with Asana, Notion, or Trello.
Experience in any industry considered; preference for e-commerce, pet, or consulting experience.
Demonstrated AI fluency, including prompt engineering, workflow automation, and productivity AI tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a strong plus.
PMP, Agile/Scrum, or ClickUp certifications are a bonus.
Ability to work Monday–Friday with initial overlap with US Eastern or Central business hours; transition to partial overlap long term.
