About the role
- Own the configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of ClickUp workspaces, dashboards, and reporting.
- Standardize processes and templates to ensure consistent execution across teams.
- Train and support staff on best practices for using ClickUp.
- Drive project planning, execution, and delivery within ClickUp.
- Monitor progress, dependencies, and resource allocation, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
- Act as the central hub for cross-functional communication, aligning stakeholders around project goals.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automations into ClickUp and related workflows (task creation, reporting, content generation, predictive analytics).
- Build, test, and maintain automations that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
- Stay current on emerging AI solutions and advise leadership on potential applications within project management.
- Leverage ClickUp reporting tools and AI-assisted analytics to track KPIs, team productivity, and project outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership for process improvements and decision-making.
Requirements
- 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
- ClickUp expertise highly advantageous; willingness to learn ClickUp or task management experience with Asana, Notion, or Trello.
- Experience in any industry considered; preference for e-commerce, pet, or consulting experience.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, including prompt engineering, workflow automation, and productivity AI tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.) is a strong plus.
- PMP, Agile/Scrum, or ClickUp certifications are a bonus.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday with initial overlap with US Eastern or Central business hours; transition to partial overlap long term.
