About the role

  • Design high-impact landing pages, collection banners, and promotional assets.
  • Proactively propose UI/UX improvements to enhance user journey and site performance.
  • Produce high-performing static and video ads for Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Use performance data and A/B testing results to iterate on designs and improve ROAS.
  • Distil complex drone specs and workflows into easy-to-understand infographics, diagrams, and e-learning materials.
  • Maintain absolute visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the digital asset library, ensuring access to optimized brand materials.
  • Partner with the SEO and Content teams to integrate high-quality visuals into blogs and site updates.

Requirements

  • At least 3 Years of Digital Design Experience: A proven track record in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Working in E-commerce, Tech, or Drone Industry is Advantageous.
  • Experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Video Editing Chops: Strong skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects. You should be able to take raw footage and turn it into a professional, "punchy" marketing asset.
  • UI/UX Literacy: A solid understanding of web design principles. You should know how to design for "the fold," mobile responsiveness, and clear user flows.
  • The "Drone" Lens: An interest in (or willingness to learn) the technical side of the UAS industry. You must be able to tell the difference between a consumer drone and an enterprise thermal unit in your designs.
  • Experience in design and UI/UX is the top priority, with video production considered a secondary skill.
  • Familiarity with data-driven design (A/B testing, ROAS) is highly preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing sample designs such as ads, website imagery, or other relevant design work.
