About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and manage offshore marketing staff (graphic designers, 3D modelers, product listers, and brand ambassadors).
  • Work closely with the U.S.-based manager overseeing brand ambassadors.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across creative, digital, and customer engagement functions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals across four brands.
  • Strengthen brand identity and positioning in B2B and selective B2C markets.
  • Expand digital marketing presence, including social media, digital ads, email campaigns, video content, and SEO.
  • Manage external resources (BigCommerce developers, freelance designers, ad agencies as needed).
  • Support dealer acquisition and retention efforts through targeted campaigns, follow-ups, and sample programs.
  • Partner with brand ambassador team to optimize customer touchpoints (pre-trade show, post-order, and ongoing communication).
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing drives lead generation and measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversee website updates, listings, and digital assets across all brands.
  • Plan and track marketing campaigns (digital, print, trade show support, mailings).
  • Set and monitor KPIs for campaign success and team performance.
  • Analyze marketing performance and provide regular reporting to the COO and company leadership.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve marketing ROI and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in B2B or industrial/manufacturing/retail sectors.
  • Ensures launches are on time, cohesive, and dealer-ready (videos, drawings, listings, pricing).
  • International marketing exposure (U.S., Australian, European).
  • Keeps team morale high and builds employee retention.
  • Attracts new, high-quality talent.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing (social, paid ads, video, SEO/SEM, email).
  • Experience managing offshore/remote teams across multiple functions.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (BigCommerce a plus) and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with U.S.-based leadership.
  • Hands-on, execution-focused leader who can balance strategy with detail management.
  • Stable career history with evidence of long-term commitment and team-building success.
