About the role

  • Lead Field Marketing for U.S. Federal Government Sector (Civilian, DoD, Intelligence) to drive demand generation, brand visibility, and sales enablement.
  • Partner closely with the Federal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Corporate Marketing to design and execute integrated marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute strategic regional marketing plans and ABM initiatives to contribute to pipeline and bookings growth.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, events) and collaborate with strategic federal partners to increase deal velocity.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance against key KPIs to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for federal sales and partner teams and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that directly resulted in pipeline growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skills: Ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans and use data to measure effectiveness and translate performance into actionable insights and business cases.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Track record of building strong relationships with sales teams and external partners and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ownership and Execution: Proactive, self-starter mindset with exceptional project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and budgets.
  • Public Sector Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the U.S. Federal Government buying cycle and procurement processes, with experience working with public sector-focused channel partners and distributors.
  • Located in or around the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area with ability to travel regionally as needed.
