About the role
- Serve as an External Attorney (independent contractor) handling immigration matters, focusing on VAWA and T visa cases
- Represent immigrants nationwide to help them gain legal status and keep families safe
- Review and prepare case files and declarations (compensated per-case and per-reviewed-declaration)
- Collaborate with Mangone Law Firm team under firm’s core values and culture
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development; potential to transition to Associate Attorney based on performance
Requirements
