About the role
- Work with Sales and Onboarding to build internal tooling and scalable solutions for users first interaction with our platform
- Design and implement user onboarding experiences — from first login through setup, education, and activation
- Collaborate with Design and Product to create intuitive flows that help new users find value quickly and confidently
- Help improve engineering standards, tooling, and practices for frontend development
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of the Document Object Model (DOM) tree
- Proficiency in promise-based JavaScript for handling asynchronous operations
- Strong product sense and an interest in how UX impacts user behavior and product adoption
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams — including Product, Design, and Customer Success
- A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for smooth, accessible, and responsive user experiences
- Ability to balance speed and quality — shipping thoughtfully, but often
- Experience working on onboarding or lifecycle features is a plus, but not required
