Product Designer

• Contribute to product strategy, priorities, and scope through design and user experience perspective
• Act as a senior design partner in product decision-making, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
• Independently identify, frame, and validate problems in ambiguous or loosely defined spaces
• Design and deliver high-fidelity UI design and visual craft, with expertise in layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and accessibility considerations
• Write and refine UI/UX copy and microcopy to improve clarity, usability, trust, and product-led growth outcomes
• Own and evolve Mangomint’s design system, including components, patterns, documentation, and governance in close partnership with engineering
• Participate in and help facilitate design reviews and cross-functional discussions, clearly communicating rationale and tradeoffs
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail across interactions, visual polish, UI states, edge cases, and production readiness
• Proactively identify experience gaps, usability issues, and new product opportunities and bring forward recommendations
• Information architecture and content structure for complex products
• Rapid prototyping (Figma prototypes and/or interactive prototypes for concept validation)

Full-stack Engineer

• Develop new features across the whole stack, including data design, backend APIs, frontend React UI, mobile, and HTML/CSS
• Work deeply with external integrations and third-party services, ensuring reliability and observability
• Support the scaling of our systems as we grow and acquire new customers, and improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes to enable rapid development and iteration
• Troubleshoot and debug production issues across various services and layers of the stack, ensuring a stable, efficient, and resilient system for our customers

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, Prefect, and other modern data tools
• Automate data workflows to improve efficiency and reliability
• Integrate CRM and other business systems to support cross-functional needs
• Develop data enrichment pipelines to power our sales process
• Build internal data tools to drive data-driven decision making
• Work directly with stakeholders to define requirements and implement data solutions that support business objectives
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and security best practices are upheld
• Support analytics and reporting efforts by building dashboards and data models in dbt and Sigma
