• Design and implement cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services for compute, container orchestration, and managed databases
• Develop reference architectures and best practices for scalable, resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure
• Lead architecture reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams
• Create and maintain infrastructure as code
• Ensure cloud infrastructure design aligns with SOC requirements
• Implement cloud security best practices, including identity and access management, role-based access control, and network segmentation
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for third-party compliance auditors
• Support audits, evidence collection, and remediation
• Maintain documentation required for SOC audits
• Own security-relevant configuration and controls for cloud infrastructure
• Monitor virtual machine resource utilization and address capacity or performance issues
• Apply operating system and security patches to virtual machines
• Perform routine platform maintenance across cloud environments
• Monitor system logs and alerts and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
• Respond to and resolve infrastructure-related incidents, documenting root cause and remediation
• Design for high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity across cloud regions
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using observability tools
• Optimize cloud costs through right sizing, reserved capacity, and governance policies
• Support cloud infrastructure incident response
• Partner with engineering and leadership to align cloud strategy with business goals
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external compliance auditors

Cloud Solutions Architect

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design user-friendly experiences meeting customer and business needs
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
• Participate in user research, customer interviews, and usability testing
• Translate user feedback and product requirements into design solutions
• Contribute to and maintain design standards across the platform
• Support accessibility and usability best practices
• Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, customer insights, and product outcomes
• Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and emerging best practices
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to understand customer needs and improve overall user experience

Product Manager

• Research market trends, competition, customer adoption, and usage as a product champion
• Evaluate opportunities and build business cases to determine what gets built and delivered to market
• Understand customer and user pain points, constraints, and business processes
• Partner with customers, stakeholders, design, and engineering to define product roadmaps
• Prioritize features, releases, and roadmaps
• Author and prioritize requirements, use cases, and user stories
• Work with engineering during execution sprints to ensure the product is built as envisioned
• Collaborate with UX designers to define end-user interaction experiences
• Educate and train internal stakeholders on the product
• Communicate roadmap and trade-off changes to internal stakeholders and customers
• Partner with outbound marketing to communicate product changes and develop market positioning and sales enablement materials

Full-stack Engineer

• Contribute to system architecture and technical direction for scalable, maintainable software solutions
• Design, build, test, and maintain web-based applications across the full technology stack
• Modernize legacy systems using modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development tools
• Coordinate development with offshore engineering teams, review code, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Partner with Product to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Write clean, maintainable code and promote performance, security, and reliability best practices
• Investigate and resolve complex bugs, performance issues, and system challenges
• Design and implement APIs and integrations with internal and third-party services
• Support testing, documentation, and code reviews
• Stay current with emerging technologies and improve development efficiency and product capabilities
• Use AI coding tools as a core part of the daily workflow
• Help establish team norms for prompt engineering, code-generation review, and responsible AI tool use
• Contribute to AI agent workflows that automate multi-step engineering and product tasks using LLM APIs, MCP tooling, or orchestration frameworks
• Act as an influential technical leader, mentor team members, and drive complex initiatives across the development organization
