About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design user-friendly experiences meeting customer and business needs
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
- Participate in user research, customer interviews, and usability testing
- Translate user feedback and product requirements into design solutions
- Contribute to and maintain design standards across the platform
- Support accessibility and usability best practices
- Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, customer insights, and product outcomes
- Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and emerging best practices
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to understand customer needs and improve overall user experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
- Strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Portfolio demonstrating digital product or SaaS application design experience
- Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related role
- SaaS experience preferred
- Must be able to provide documentation authorizing legal work in the United States of America
- Ability to perform cognitive tasks including learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, integrating information, decision-making, problem-solving, and comprehending
- Ability to constantly operate a computer and office productivity equipment
