About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design user-friendly experiences meeting customer and business needs
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
Participate in user research, customer interviews, and usability testing
Translate user feedback and product requirements into design solutions
Contribute to and maintain design standards across the platform
Support accessibility and usability best practices
Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, customer insights, and product outcomes
Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and emerging best practices
Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to understand customer needs and improve overall user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms
Working knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
Strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Portfolio demonstrating digital product or SaaS application design experience
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment
Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
2–4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related role
SaaS experience preferred
Must be able to provide documentation authorizing legal work in the United States of America
Ability to perform cognitive tasks including learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, integrating information, decision-making, problem-solving, and comprehending
Ability to constantly operate a computer and office productivity equipment
