About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to design user-friendly experiences meeting customer and business needs
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications
  • Participate in user research, customer interviews, and usability testing
  • Translate user feedback and product requirements into design solutions
  • Contribute to and maintain design standards across the platform
  • Support accessibility and usability best practices
  • Iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback, customer insights, and product outcomes
  • Stay current on industry trends, design tools, and emerging best practices
  • Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to understand customer needs and improve overall user experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms
  • Working knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards
  • Strong visual design, interaction design, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital product or SaaS application design experience
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities in a remote work environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related role
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Must be able to provide documentation authorizing legal work in the United States of America
  • Ability to perform cognitive tasks including learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, integrating information, decision-making, problem-solving, and comprehending
  • Ability to constantly operate a computer and office productivity equipment
