About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research market trends, competition, customer adoption, and usage as a product champion
  • Evaluate opportunities and build business cases to determine what gets built and delivered to market
  • Understand customer and user pain points, constraints, and business processes
  • Partner with customers, stakeholders, design, and engineering to define product roadmaps
  • Prioritize features, releases, and roadmaps
  • Author and prioritize requirements, use cases, and user stories
  • Work with engineering during execution sprints to ensure the product is built as envisioned
  • Collaborate with UX designers to define end-user interaction experiences
  • Educate and train internal stakeholders on the product
  • Communicate roadmap and trade-off changes to internal stakeholders and customers
  • Partner with outbound marketing to communicate product changes and develop market positioning and sales enablement materials
  • Define KPI metrics for measuring product value
  • Contribute to ManageAmerica’s growth as a key company leader
  • Travel occasionally, up to 25% outside the local area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with enterprise B2B platform technologies
  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience with SaaS and/or cloud-based solutions
  • Experience with software supporting business operations, process automation, third-party integrations, and KPI analytics
  • Ability to listen to and engage with customers and internal stakeholders and confidence in sales-related conversations
  • Superior communication, presentation, leadership presence, and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong appetite for emerging technology and risk
  • Comfort dealing with ambiguity
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Ability to understand complex solutions, technology, and business principles
  • Ability to collaborate in a UX design process
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and communicate requirements and feature roadmaps
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management, whole product strategies, and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong project management skills and self-discipline for leading teams to execute with high quality
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with remote work technologies, including video conferencing platforms, project management software, and remote collaboration tools
  • Must be authorized to legally work in the United States of America
  • Occasional travel, up to 25% outside the local area
