Sales Development Rep

• Sales at Mamo is the first human connection to the people we serve - rooted in integrity, empathy, and a bias to help.
• Use various lead generation tools (eg. Apollo, Clay) to build multi-channel cold outreach cadences and qualify respondents before passing them to senior sales for discovery and solution selling.
• Rapid feedback cycle, experimentation, clear targets, automation and metrics-driven approach.
• Mission: find customers who have a problem, know they have a problem, and whom Mamo can help solve.

Sales Development Intern

• Sales at Mamo is the first human connection to the people we serve - rooted in integrity, empathy, and a bias to help.
• Use several tools combined to build cleverly segmented lead lists of potential customers (eg. Apollo, Clay)
• Implement multi-channel cadences that capture the interest of these prospects and craft creative, highly relevant scripts (combining GenAI tools with personal touch)
• Launch, maintain, and iterate multi-touch email/call/message sequences and keep the CRM pipeline clean
• Triage and qualify leads and book meetings for the senior sales team
• Document learnings and test results; summarize objections and wins for Sales, Marketing, and Product
