Support the update and consolidation of international salary grids and assist in compensation benchmarking (market data analysis, internal equity studies)
Contribute to bonus consolidation and payment cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance and support the preparation and monitoring of the annual compensation review
Assist in the administration of the equity process (granting, reporting, lifecycle management) and contribute to benefits analysis and support local HR teams in benefits-related projects
Help analyze and track international mobility cases, ensuring alignment with policies and contribute to pay transparency initiatives, preparing communication and process documents
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analyst, Business Administration or related field
Looking for a full-time 6-month internship starting as soon as possible
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills
Ability to work with data, run analyses, and provide clear summaries
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Proactive, curious, eager to learn, emphasis on confidentiality, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
