About the role
- Work very closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements and ensure the correct data is collected to gain a clear understanding of their system environments
- Map relevant data and work closely with domain experts to ensure integration workflows are seamless.
- Run end-user trainings
- Provide technical support to customers during software implementation and deployment
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, product leads, engineering and domain experts to ensure successful customer deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Computer Science or a similar natural science field
- Minimum of 3-5yrs experience in complex software implementation, data management or similar background
- Experience working with large data sets and data integration tools
- High level of understanding of corporate software environments, e.g. PDM, ERP
- Strong understanding of database design and SQL
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
- Excelling problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Dexterity with software tools and data manipulation & analysis
- A creative mind that can think outside the box
- Curiosity to find disruptive as opposed to incremental solutions to tough data problems
- Residing in and legally permitted to work in the US, East Coast hours.
