About the role
- Independently plan, design and deliver TM process design solutions
- Act as project or solution lead on implementation projects, managing the oversight of 4-5 project resources
- Establish basic and advanced business processes in SAP TM modules, particularly during Proof of Concept stages for potential clients in pre-sales activities
- Draft functional specifications for custom processes identified during gap analysis
- Oversee testing for configured business scenarios and custom-developed processes
- Ready new SAP systems for go-live phases, offer support for newly implemented transportation processes, and address issues during the stabilization period
- Availability for travel up to 50% of the time.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP TM, including design, configuration, testing, and implementation
- Advanced Production Integration experience
- A track record of at least 2 full life-cycle SAP TM implementations
- Cross-module knowledge to design comprehensive logistics processes
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP TM configuration and design
- Professional certification in SAP TM is a significant advantage
- Knowledge of ABAP and proficiency in debugging is a bonus
- Experience across various industries with a solid understanding of their specific transportation processes
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Computer Science; an advanced degree is a bonus.
