Account Executive

• Own relationships and sales opportunities across the France & Spain Small Hospital category, developing and executing a quarterly business plan to deliver sales targets for this category
• Leverage the network of SDMs and PMs to identify Professional Services sales opportunities, developing and executing a quarterly business plan to deliver sales targets for this category
• Own relationships with customers on Maintenance Contracts, developing and executing a quarterly business plan to deliver sales targets for this category
• Manage customer renewal processes for assigned customers/regions
• Through the network of SDMs and Project Managers, generate and qualify sales opportunities with existing customers
• Prepare quotes and options for potential opportunities, liaising with PFS Managers and other colleagues to provide inputs

Inside Sales Executive

Scrum Master

• Facilitation & Ceremony management
• Organise and facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Maintain a consistent ceremony cadence and ensure meetings are purposeful and time-boxed
• Communicate clearly within the team and escalate impediments to the appropriate stakeholder when needed

Graduate Platform Operations Engineer

IT Support

• Provide first-level IT support (L1).
• Install, configure, and maintain endpoint IT devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, in line with company standards and baseline configurations.
• Perform user account lifecycle and access management in accordance with access control policy.
• Support and troubleshoot IT systems, applications, and end-user environments, including Microsoft 365 services and endpoint devices (Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android and iOS)
• Support and troubleshoot network connectivity and Cisco Meraki wireless infrastructure ensuring reliable and secure access to corporate systems.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes.
