Inside Sales Executive
MAK-SYSTEMInside Sales Executive at MAK-SYSTEM, generating new business in Spanish and French hospitals. Responsible for sales across blood and medical software solutions in a hybrid work environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own relationships and sales opportunities across the France & Spain Small Hospital category, developing and executing a quarterly business plan to deliver sales targets for this category
- Leverage the network of SDMs and PMs to identify Professional Services sales opportunities, developing and executing a quarterly business plan to deliver sales targets for this category
- Own relationships with customers on Maintenance Contracts, developing and executing a quarterly business plan to deliver sales targets for this category
- Manage customer renewal processes for assigned customers/regions
- Through the network of SDMs and Project Managers, generate and qualify sales opportunities with existing customers
- Prepare quotes and options for potential opportunities, liaising with PFS Managers and other colleagues to provide inputs
- Provide information to Finance teams to drive timely invoicing
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business, their contracts, their needs and opportunities for further partnership with MAK-SYSTEM
- Support Commercial Leaders in bid and tender processes for new logos, large renewals and MAK.care conversions
- Ensure SalesForce is regularly maintained with complete and accurate data for scope of opportunities and pipeline
- Provide ideas for content Marketing initiatives, for Social Media and for reach out campaigns to existing customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Sales, IT or Biological sciences
- Experience in hospital medical device /pharma sales OR experience in IT Healthcare sales
- Able to analyse customer and market trends
- Creative, with ability to generate ideas and content for marketing materials
- Highly collaborative, partnering with colleagues across functions and geographies
- Motivated, autonomous and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Someone who operates with pace, makes things happen and can respond quickly to issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience selling blood centre, transfusion or therapeutics software would be an advantage
- French or Spanish language skills would be an advantage
