Serve as Partner & Chief Executive Officer, holding significant ownership and ultimate decision-making authority
Lead strategic planning, operational execution, and growth initiatives to expand service offerings and market reach
Oversee day-to-day retail and wholesale operations, including inventory, vendor relationships, logistics, and sales strategies
Manage fabrication of custom wood molding and millwork operations
Drive business development, secure commercial accounts, and manage client relationships
Own financial responsibilities including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L management, and profitability optimization
Recruit, lead, and develop staff, fostering a knowledgeable and productive team environment
Collaborate with Mainshares Capital's advisors, vendors, and mentorship resources
Be prepared to relocate when acquisition location is disclosed during the interview process
Requirements
10+ years of comprehensive experience in the lumber, building supply, or a closely related construction materials industry
Deep understanding and hands-on experience with retail and wholesale building supply operations, including inventory management, vendor relations, logistics, and sales strategies
Knowledge of or experience with wood fabrication processes, specifically for molding or millwork
Demonstrated success in client relationship management and securing new commercial accounts
Proven experience in leading and managing a team, fostering a productive and knowledgeable work environment
Significant experience in small business management including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning
In-depth knowledge of various building materials, their applications, and industry best practices
Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach to strategic planning and operational execution
