About the role

  • Serve as Partner & Chief Executive Officer to lead a water, fire, and mold damage restoration services company
  • Make strategic operational and ownership decisions while leveraging Mainshares Capital support
  • Drive growth by implementing strategies to unlock new revenue streams and expand market reach
  • Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and P&L responsibilities
  • Manage operations including crew management, scheduling, project management, and quality of service
  • Maintain and grow client and stakeholder relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Provide leadership shaping company culture, employee well-being, and disaster recovery impact

Requirements

  • 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the service industry
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with crew management, scheduling, project management, and customer service
  • Demonstrated success in managing client and stakeholder relationships
  • Restoration industry experience (water, fire, or mold) preferred
  • IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certification preferred
  • Significant experience in monitoring and guiding financial performance, including P&L responsibility, budgeting, and strategic planning
  • Entrepreneurial leadership and experience scaling operations
  • Authorization to work in the US (application asks if authorized)
