About the role
- The Marketing Manager plays an integral role in the organization leading the marketing support for all franchisees within a particular Brand
- Develop integrated marketing programs and best practices for the brand
- Consult franchise owners on how to optimize their marketing plans
- Analyze advertising performance and implement changes to drive lead flow
- Train franchise owners on marketing strategy, branding guidelines and building their local marketing plan on budget
- Host workshops to the franchise community to provide coaching on various marketing topics
Requirements
- Franchise and/or multi-unit experience required
- Home services experience strongly preferred
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing-SEO, PPC, Social, Email and best practices
- Effective listening, strong verbal/phone and written communications skills
- Experienced in coaching and advising small business owners
