• Own and evolve the onboarding and launch strategy to meet organizational growth objectives and franchisee performance standards.
• Define key metrics and performance indicators to measure onboarding effectiveness and franchisee ramp-up.

• Directly manage a team of onboarding specialists, including hiring, performance management, coaching, and development.

• Oversee the development and execution of a phased, multi-modal onboarding curriculum (virtual, in-person, field-based).
• Serve as an executive-level partner and coach for new franchisees during their first 6–12 months post-launch.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, IT) to ensure end-to-end onboarding success.
• Leverage data dashboards and reporting tools to monitor onboarding performance, franchisee health, and program impact.

Director of Onboarding – Launch

Manager

• Coordinates all new franchisee multi-phased onboarding paths and drives franchisee accountability for successful completion of the entire curriculum.
• Responsible for all new owners from day of signing the FDD until completing the required onboarding path.
• Coordinates training sessions with appropriate home office staff and monitors franchisees’ progress of the training checklist.
• Conducts tests and teach-back moments to ensure each franchisee understands the material presented.
• Confirm all pre-training requirements have been successfully completed prior to scheduling new franchisees for on-site training.
• Plans, coordinates, leads, and manages the on-site training week for all new franchisees whether in-person or virtually.
• Responsible for training tools, documentation and support staff being ready to deliver the best training experience possible.
• Reviews all training documentation to ensure content is engaging, up-to-date and relevant to onboarding.
• Designs, administers, and follows through on assessments that reinforce/confirm learning objectives.
• Coordinates with home office to ensure relevant departments are prepared to deliver content training for new franchisees.

Onboarding & Launch Manager

Marketing

• The Marketing Manager plays an integral role in the organization leading the marketing support for all franchisees within a particular Brand
• Develop integrated marketing programs and best practices for the brand
• Consult franchise owners on how to optimize their marketing plans
• Analyze advertising performance and implement changes to drive lead flow
• Train franchise owners on marketing strategy, branding guidelines and building their local marketing plan on budget
• Host workshops to the franchise community to provide coaching on various marketing topics

Marketing Manager

• Manage the life cycle and pipeline of the franchise recruitment process
• Utilize internal and external partners, including brokers, operations, and analytics to maximize growth
• Responsible for new unit growth from existing and new franchisees
• Drive growth by managing qualified inbound leads and generating demand through cold calling
• Engage with qualified inbound leads via various modes of contact to move them through the sales process
• Generate new sales leads via cold-calling into target markets and businesses
• Effectively manage a pipeline with multiple contacts
• Meet metrics including daily cold calling targets, defined discovery questions, call performance objectives, and monthly sales quotas
• Collaborate with Franchise Sales team and report on recruitment progress
• Ability for limited travel (about 25%)

Franchise Development Manager

Sales Development Rep

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the corporate commercial phone line; qualify inbound inquiries and appropriately route leads based on residential or commercial relevance
• Respond to all inbound sales emails and direct commercial leads to appropriate franchisees across the Miracle Method network
• Collect key lead data including project scope, contact details, timeline, location, and future potential for network-wide engagements
• Work with marketing team to build and enhance email lead generation campaigns
• Trade Show Business Development Lead follow-up efforts from trade show engagements through the Trade Show Follow-Up Campaign, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked
• Identify and qualify leads as local impact or potential national business impact

• Project-ready, coordinate direct handoffs to local franchisees
• National Coordinate and schedule introductions with CRO or National Commercial Committee with high potential national leads for strategic discussion and Q&A
• Follow up with national leads after assignment to local offices to further expand business across our footprint
• Commercial Webinar Leadership Develop, organize, and moderate the Best Practice segment of Miracle Method’s monthly commercial webinar
• Identify and coordinate with franchisees and internal stakeholders to share success stories and strategies with the broader network
• Reporting Submit weekly progress updates and monthly lead placement reports to leadership
• Prioritize trade show lead data coordination in alignment with the annual Trade Show calendar
