• Design, implement, optimize radar software across the full development lifecycle from algorithm prototyping to embedded deployment

• Design and implement efficient, well-tested code in C++, Python or C
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration

Engineer

• Lead capability and requirements management for each product program, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, technical specifications, and regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain organized standard formatting across cross-functional teams, including traceability matrices and documentation standards
• Oversee configuration management for different revisions and variants of products, including version control, change tracking, and baseline establishment
