• Design, implement, optimize radar software across the full development lifecycle from algorithm prototyping to embedded deployment
• Develop, test, and implement radar software for RF sensing technologies ensuring high performance and reliability
• Design and implement efficient, well-tested code in C++, Python or C
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
• Develop and maintain signal processing algorithms tailored for RF sensing systems, ensuring real-time performance and low-latency responses
• Actively participate in agile workflows, reporting technical risks, blockers, and trade-offs

• Serve as a key member of the Customer Team to write compelling written documents and winning proposals
• Partner with cross-functional teams and aid in articulating the value proposition of Mach’s products and services to senior government and allied stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, product, finance, legal, and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other business opportunities
• Create white papers and proposals in a timely manner with limited oversight
• Tailor written materials to technical and non-technical audiences

Business Development Associate

Engineer

• Lead capability and requirements management for each product program, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs, technical specifications, and regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain organized standard formatting across cross-functional teams, including traceability matrices and documentation standards
• Oversee configuration management for different revisions and variants of products, including version control, change tracking, and baseline establishment
• Manage the architecture within requirement management tools (e.g., Flow, DOORS, Jira, or similar), ensuring seamless flow of requirements from high-level design to detailed implementation
• Collaborate with engineering, program management, and quality assurance teams to integrate requirements into the product lifecycle
• Support program progression from concept and prototyping through production and sustainment

Configuration Engineer

DevOps Engineer

• Build and maintain Github CI/CD pipelines to accelerate developer velocity and minimize deployment risk.
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) for high availability, scalability, and security.
• Monitor and improve system observability: logging, metrics, alerting, on-call response.
• Collaborate with software and hardware teams to support test infrastructure, simulation environments, and production deployments.
• Lead the implementation of best practices in infrastructure security and cost optimization.

QA Engineer

• Central coordination for flight test operations.
• Inform the engineering team on key requirements for systems checks, data systems etc.
• Be a driving force in building out test infrastructure at primary test sites and outfitting test equipment, GCS etc.
• Conduct/lead team through testing workflow, including test planning preparations, readiness reviews, dry runs, day of test, and post-test reviews.
• Keep the product development team informed of all requirements.
• Help construct program flight test campaigns with system, GNC, and energetics engineers.
• Coordinating and planning of flight test demos.
• Technical advisor on test operations.
• Perform safety analysis and maintain company safety policies.

Flight Test Engineer

• Lead and grow Mach product sales across the U.S. Government and America’s allies
• Deep dive into U.S. Government and American allied markets to identify trends, insights and opportunities
• Develop, manage, and execute on a sales pipeline and forecast
• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and synthesize results in succinct presentations
• Identify, target, and gain access to key stakeholders and decision makers
• Execute account strategies and close business opportunities
• Develop a strategy and execute on various sales channels, including major Government contracts
• Support development of complex proposals, including pricing, strategy, and win themes
• Actively collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other internal business units
