About the role
- Drive partner acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing new partnerships with top-tier SaaS partners.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with our partners to help them grow their business with mabl.
- Organize demos and POCs for the potential partners; and deliver enablement, training, and resources to activate and deepen partner adoption.
- Proactively manage your partner revenue pipeline, hitting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize the partner experience and capture feedback.
- Represent mabl at industry events, on partner calls, and in demos to position mabl as the #1 AI-native test automation platform.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years closing new business in a partnerships role
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-velocity environment
- Experience in the developer productivity tooling space a plus
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with an entrepreneurial mentality — you thrive with autonomy and ownership
- Comfortable running a full-cycle sales motion: from cold outreach to negotiation to expansion
- Curious and coachable: you seek feedback and act on it
- Prior experience with Salesforce, or similar CRM a plus
