About the role

  • Design and deliver engaging product enablement training, coaching, and insights to help improve seller productivity and effectiveness.
  • Drive the development and delivery of enablement strategies for new product and feature launches.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create and maintain enablement assets (battle cards, pitch decks, product one-pagers, talk tracks, etc.).
  • Design and facilitate training programs, certifications, and learning paths for field product readiness.
  • Gather feedback from sellers and clients to refine product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
  • Coach sales teams on product positioning, core messaging, and storytelling.
  • Own the strategy and execution for our demo environment and train sales teams on delivering value-driven demos.
  • Use data and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Product Marketing.
  • Industry experience in video safety and telematics.
  • Proven success supporting and coaching sales teams in a complex, solution-selling environment.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for translating technical features into business value.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to create engaging, outcome-driven training content for Sellers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency with enablement and training tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Seismic, LMS platforms)
