About the role
- Design and deliver engaging product enablement training, coaching, and insights to help improve seller productivity and effectiveness.
- Drive the development and delivery of enablement strategies for new product and feature launches.
- Partner with Product Marketing to create and maintain enablement assets (battle cards, pitch decks, product one-pagers, talk tracks, etc.).
- Design and facilitate training programs, certifications, and learning paths for field product readiness.
- Gather feedback from sellers and clients to refine product positioning, messaging, and enablement materials.
- Coach sales teams on product positioning, core messaging, and storytelling.
- Own the strategy and execution for our demo environment and train sales teams on delivering value-driven demos.
- Use data and feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales, Sales Enablement, or Product Marketing.
- Industry experience in video safety and telematics.
- Proven success supporting and coaching sales teams in a complex, solution-selling environment.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a talent for translating technical features into business value.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to create engaging, outcome-driven training content for Sellers.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency with enablement and training tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Seismic, LMS platforms)
