Customer Success Manager

• Manage the day-to-day relationship between client, Lytx and partner network
• Be the main point of contact for the Client’s Safety and Operational Teams for Program-related topics
• Build positive relationships resulting in high levels of client engagement, across a nationwide network
• Oversee all Lytx-related projects within customer organization including hardware upgrades, software integrations, data management and strategic safety initiatives
• Execute the external engagement strategy with key client contacts, including Training, Program Setup and Value Recognition plans
• Act as a subject matter expert and consult on topics including organizational change, communication strategy, risk management, coaching techniques and more
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are provided and client is educated on Lytx systems and processes
• Deliver effective training and best practice methodology presentations
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of data analytics highlighting program performance and financial metrics to executive level clients
• Partner with Account Team on expansion opportunities and renewal efforts
• Work to mitigate churn and increase client value recognition and product adoption

Client Success Manager II – Dedicated

DevOps Engineer

• Build tools and frameworks to monitor systems and ensure highest level of uptime on production environments
• Mentor the SRE team on best practices
• Develop culture of innovation
• Take lead in enhancing our 24/7 on call and incident management process
• Build and maintain Run-books
• Contribute to design and documentation of the cloud services and SOPs
• Influence service design by working closely with Architects, DBAs, Developers, DevOps, Data engineers to bake reliability, scalability and cost optimizations early in the development process
• Lead blameless post-mortems
• Take ownership of publishing RCA documents for internal and external consumption
• Lead initiatives with Service Owners to define the SLOs and build SLIs to ensure systems are meeting the SLAs
• Research and evaluate new cloud technologies and vendor offerings to enhance product stability and manageability
• Reduce Operational Toil and maintain high degree of automation by adapting IaC first and Gitops principals
• Acquire and maintain significant understanding of Lytx production services to ensure timely resolution of production incidents

• Serving as the main point of contact for Lytx clients
• Managing assigned client relationships throughout the client lifecycle, from deployment through renewal
• Designing a program solution that best meets client needs
• Educating clients on best practices
• Focusing on change management and user adoption
• Building strong relationships resulting in high levels of client engagement
• Designing and configuring the platform during deployment to meet client needs
• Acting as a subject matter expert on topics including change management and risk management
• Working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of installations, training, and customer support
• Creating and delivering effective onsite and web-based training
• Presenting data analytics highlighting program performance to executive level clients

Graphics Designer

• Design, edit, and enhance PowerPoint presentations for product marketing, product, brand, sales, and internal communications
• Translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging stories aligned with brand voice and design standards
• Improve narrative flow, visual consistency, hierarchy, and overall impact of existing decks
• Create flexible, easy-to-use PowerPoint templates for non-design teams, as well as polished, high‑end presentation decks
• Partner with stakeholders to provide thoughtful recommendations—not just execute requests
• Support basic production graphic design tasks when presentation work is light
• Execute updates and adaptations across existing design systems and templates
