Design, implement, and manage a scalable onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure a consistent, high-impact ramp experience.
Create and deliver engaging, impactful training programs through diverse mediums — from live workshops and cohort sessions to video, self-paced modules, and microlearning.
Build and maintain a structured content management system (CMS) and learning management system (LMS) to centralize sales content, training materials, and ongoing learning paths.
Develop and iterate enablement resources such as sales playbooks, talk tracks, templates, customer stories and certification programs.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align training content with messaging, processes, and customer insights.
Measure and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives through adoption rates, feedback, and performance data — using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related go-to-market role.
A proven track record of designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing learning programs that improve sales readiness and performance.
Experience implementing, managing, and optimizing enablement platforms such as LMS and CMS tools.
Strong project management and communication skills — you can bring structure and clarity to complex, cross-functional initiatives.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to partner effectively across teams and functions.
(Nice-to-have) Familiarity with developer tools, security products, or technical sales environments.
(Nice-to-have) Experience scaling enablement at a startup or Series C/D growth stage company.
