Payroll

• Own payroll operations and processing in our payroll system (Rippling), for all global locations, preparing payroll account reconciliations and JEs, and ensuring month end close are completed timely and in compliance
• Create controls, processes, and communications, and ensure each pay cycle is processed accurately and timely
• Process associated payroll taxes and payment of employee benefits, including payroll and benefits reconciliations and equity transactions (e.g., ISO, NSO)
• Set up new tax jurisdictions, including withholding, unemployment, worker’s compensation, and disability accounts where applicable
• Partner cross-functionally to optimize and automate our processes, including being a key player in the data feed between payroll system and ERP

• Understand, reproduce and resolve complicated technical issues supporting AppSec Engineers, Security Engineers, and Software Engineers.
• Drive an operational mindset with managing support tickets - ensuring data and systems are updated to resolve tickets and identify areas of improvement for the customer experience.
• Be the voice of the customer to help prioritize recurring feature requests with our product and engineering teams.
• Help our team scale over time - write documentation, create troubleshooting playbooks, develop new tooling/training/processes that drive efficiency.

• Manage inbound leads with a lightning fast follow-up and diligently qualify opportunities
• Achieve and exceed goals consisting of outbound phone calls, emails, product demos, and trials (Proof of Concepts) every quarter
• Maintain accurate pipeline management with expert-level forecasting and execute a territory plan

• Minimize customer friction in adopting and deploying Semgrep through building automation and creating content for external consumption.
• Share the voice of the customer to influence the roadmap of new features and services for the Semgrep platform. Proactively work within the organization to influence the evolution of the platform.

• Design, implement, and manage a scalable onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure a consistent, high-impact ramp experience.
• Create and deliver engaging, impactful training programs through diverse mediums — from live workshops and cohort sessions to video, self-paced modules, and microlearning.
• Build and maintain a structured content management system (CMS) and learning management system (LMS) to centralize sales content, training materials, and ongoing learning paths.
