About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop a cross-functional team of 7 spanning campaign management, lifecycle/email, web, and PLG growth marketing
- Drive integrated campaign strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
- Own full-funnel performance tracking: channel-level cost-per metrics, funnel conversion rates

Requirements
What you’ll need- 10–15 years of B2B marketing experience
- Proven track record managing multi-discipline marketing teams
- Deep fluency in funnel metrics, MQLs, pipeline contribution, CAC, CPL by channel, conversion rates
- High emotional intelligence and the range to build genuine relationships across a wide variety of personalities
- Experience marketing to technical audiences
