About the role
- Design and develop Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) for supply chain planning use cases for large enterprise customers
- Work closely with prospective clients to gather requirements, understand pain points, and identify opportunities where Lyric's solutions can provide value
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions that demonstrate the value of Lyric's offerings
- Scope, design, lead the build and delivery of high-impact pilots and proof-of-concepts; design dashboards and KPIs for executive-level demo journeys
- Accelerate prospect conversion by configuring and presenting realistic supply chain planning scenarios with speed and precision
- Present PoCs and technical demonstrations to customers, effectively communicating features, benefits, and differentiators of our solutions
- Create a library of reusable planning templates and constraint scenarios to support scalable PoC deployment
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, modellers, and strategists to bring complex planning use cases to life
Requirements
- 12+ years in supply planning, pre-sales, solution consulting, or planning operations
- Hands-on experience with tools like Blue Yonder, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Logility
- Strong understanding of enterprise supply chain planning workflows, architectures and solutions
- Planning experience with executive planning layers (demand, supply, inventory, production planning)
- Comfortable working with partial/incomplete datasets and iterating with business and technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to shape and demo solutions that match real-world operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management to provide innovative solutions to customers.
