About the role
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized recommendations, and offer product demonstrations
- Deliver product demonstrations to customers on hands, face and hair and hand out tailored samples
- Host in-store parties and events, providing fun and engaging activities
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing shop floor and adapt displays to seasonal trends
- Manage stock levels efficiently, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and ready for customers
- Support the store’s sales targets by promoting products creatively and working as part of a team to exceed goals
- Actively control store costs, such as product waste, to help meet the shop’s budget
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive, respectful working environment
Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to engage customers, provide personalised recommendations and product demonstrations
- Experience or comfort performing product demonstrations for hands, face and hair
- Teamwork and positive attitude to support store goals
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and managers
- Ability to manage stock, maintain shop floor presentation, and control product waste
- Willingness to host in-store and external events and parties
- Flexibility to work 8-20 hours per week and variable shifts
- Participation in ongoing training and development
