About the role
- Act as the face of the store by greeting customers and creating a welcoming environment
- Engage with customers to understand needs, provide personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations, and distribute tailored samples
- Support and drive store sales targets and participate in in-store events to create memorable customer experiences
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing shop floor and adapt displays to seasonal trends
- Manage stock levels efficiently and control store costs such as product waste
- Participate in training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive, respectful working environment
- Work on in-store and external events and help deliver memorable experiences for customers
Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating 5-star experiences
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work positively with colleagues
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing product training and development
- Ability to engage customers, give personalised recommendations, and perform product demonstrations
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment, especially during peak periods like Christmas
- Ability to work flexible shifts (hours available: 12-32 hours per week)
- Ability to manage stock levels and maintain shop floor presentation
- Responsible handling of store costs and product waste control
