About the role
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming store environment
- Engage with customers to understand needs and offer personalised recommendations
- Perform immersive on-skin product demonstrations and hand out tailored samples
- Host and support in-store and external events to create memorable customer experiences
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing shop floor and adapt displays to seasonal trends
- Support store sales targets by promoting products creatively and working as part of a team
- Manage stock levels efficiently and actively control store costs such as product waste
- Participate in ongoing training and development and take ownership of learning
- Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive, respectful working environment
Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training and development
- Ability to perform immersive on-skin product demonstrations and provide personalised recommendations
- Flexibility to work 4-12 hours per week including weekdays and weekends
- Availability for potential trial shifts (26-28 Sept and 3-5 Oct) and a flexible start date
- Ability to maintain shop floor presentation, manage stock levels, and control product waste
