About the role
- Welcome customers and provide a fun, engaging shopping experience
- Use product knowledge to offer personalised recommendations, perform product demonstrations, and hand out tailored samples
- Work closely with the team to drive sales, exceed targets, and create memorable in-store events
- Manage stock and ensure the shop floor is visually appealing and well-stocked
- Actively control store costs such as product waste to help meet the shop’s budget
- Participate in ongoing training and development
- Collaborate with the team to foster an inclusive, respectful working environment
- Assist in hosting in-store and external events
- Flexible shifts (16 hours per week)
Requirements
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork and positive attitude
- Product knowledge and ability to provide personalised recommendations and demonstrations
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
- Ability to maintain a clean, tidy and visually appealing shop floor
- Ability to manage stock levels and control product waste
- Availability for specified interview and trial dates and to start on 3 November 2025
