Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop and maintain the next generation of our internal marketplace console. Including but not limited to scheduling, automations, payment flow, customer communications, reports, and dashboards.
• Identify and propose strategies around technical problems, getting buy-in from other teams to enhance solutions.
• Lead cross-functional projects with other teams to come up with solutions that have a direct impact on Engineering.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the highest quality of performance for the Engineering team.
• Impact focus areas can include, mobile API’s, backend integration, migration to Elixir, or building a whole new feature for admins.
• Dedicated time to help mentor and develop less senior engineers skill sets in code reviews, as well as writing exceptional code that can be used as an example for more junior engineers.
• Identify and proactively prioritize tech debt in collaboration efforts with Product team members.
• Minimize technical complexity while delivering high quality solutions that may integrate multiple applications.
• Solve significantly complex software problems with solutions that are near ideal in terms of resilience, fault tolerance, scalability, and stability.
• Working with external contractors to complete tasks, including delegation responsibilities as a Team Lead with contractors.
• Test, release and monitor your own code as if we did not have QA.

Staff Software Engineer

• Lead and manage a team of therapist success representatives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members for performance discussions, feedback, and developmental opportunities.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for therapist success, aligning with the company's mission and objectives.
• Anticipate industry trends to position Luna Care as an industry leader, fostering excellence and innovation.
• Drive the integration and optimization of Luna's technology for enhanced patient care and user experience.
• Enhance Physical Therapist retention rates and optimize treatment capacity through targeted initiatives.
• Oversee the establishment and maintenance of strategic Physical Therapist partnerships.
• Utilize analytics to assess therapist and team performance, making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovation and addressing evolving needs.
• Act as a departmental representative, handling critical situations and ensuring continuity.
• Develop and execute onboarding processes for new providers.
• Manage relationships with all platform providers, ensuring strong partnerships and effective communication.
• Identify and propose solutions to improve processes, workflows, and systems.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate team and individual performance, ensuring goal achievement.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, implementing strategies to optimize team performance.

Therapist Success Manager

• Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in Los Angeles, CA and nearby locations
• Deliver outpatient therapy in the patient’s home (NOT typical home health)
• Assess patients, create and execute treatment plans focused on patient and therapist experience
• Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app (Luna Exercises)
• Use Luna Auto-Charting and platform tools to document care and manage billing
• Coordinate with Luna Concierge service, therapists, physicians, and partners
• Travel to patient homes or facilities and manage logistics using geofencing technology

Monday: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM PST (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CST / 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST)
Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM PST (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST / 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST)
Wednesday – Friday: 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM PST (2:30 PM – 6:30 PM CST / 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM EST)
