About the role

  • Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in Los Angeles, CA and nearby locations
  • Deliver outpatient therapy in the patient’s home (NOT typical home health)
  • Assess patients, create and execute treatment plans focused on patient and therapist experience
  • Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app (Luna Exercises)
  • Use Luna Auto-Charting and platform tools to document care and manage billing
  • Coordinate with Luna Concierge service, therapists, physicians, and partners
  • Travel to patient homes or facilities and manage logistics using geofencing technology

Requirements

  • State-specific PT license
  • Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Liability insurance
  • CPR/BLS
