About the role
- Provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes in Los Angeles, CA and nearby locations
- Deliver outpatient therapy in the patient’s home (NOT typical home health)
- Assess patients, create and execute treatment plans focused on patient and therapist experience
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app (Luna Exercises)
- Use Luna Auto-Charting and platform tools to document care and manage billing
- Coordinate with Luna Concierge service, therapists, physicians, and partners
- Travel to patient homes or facilities and manage logistics using geofencing technology
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
