About the role
- Conduct outbound prospecting to uncover potential opportunities by having conversations and setting meetings with prospective buyers.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate on how to best generate sales opportunities.
- Track and forecast all activities via Salesforce and Outreach.
- Present Lumivero's portfolio of products to potential clients, articulating value propositions and addressing client needs effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts, influencing decision-makers through consultative conversations.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets set by the company.
- Become an expert on the needs of our prospects and our software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of previous experience as an outbound BDR in a SaaS/B2B sales organization.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, SalesNavigator, or similar sales technology platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a B2B environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales excellence.
- Annual base salary is $50,000 - $55,000 USD, depending on qualifications.
