Customer Success Manager

• Onboarding & Activation: You conduct successful onboarding of new users and ensure they quickly reach the milestones of their individual use cases.
• Customer Retention & Development: You build a network of customers and maintain long-term relationships with them.
• Product Training: You lead training sessions and workshops for our customers and ensure they can take full advantage of our software.
• Consulting: You understand the specific requirements and goals of our customers and advise them on industry best practices.
• Product Feedback: You collect feedback from our customers, synthesize it, and pass it on to our product team to drive continuous improvements to our solution.
• Proactive Support: Our goal is to act proactively to identify potential churn risks early and collaboratively develop mitigation strategies.
• Upselling: You identify upsell opportunities by communicating the value of additional use cases, locations, and collaborations on our platform to our customers.
• Reporting: You regularly create reports on the status, satisfaction, and growth of our customers.
• Collaboration: You work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Account Executive

• As an Account Executive, you focus on acquiring new customers and contribute significantly to Lumiform's global growth.
• You are responsible for new, recurring revenue by closing new customers worldwide (focus on DACH).
• You work closely with our SDRs, who schedule qualified meetings for you.
• You independently generate pipeline through your own outreach.
• You conduct thorough pre-qualifications of potential customers.
• You guide prospects through the evaluation process and influence decision criteria.
• You prepare and negotiate proposals and close new contracts.
• You maintain data hygiene in our CRM.
• You collaborate with our Marketing and Product teams to relay customer feedback.

Sales Development Rep

• You contact prospects via phone, email and LinkedIn
• You conduct initial discovery conversations and identify potential customers' pain points
• You hand over qualified opportunities to the AEs and schedule meetings
• You keep all activities accurately recorded in the CRM (HubSpot)

Sales Development Representative

• Create, execute, and document test cases for features, performance, and regression testing to ensure our products work flawlessly.
• Define and implement effective testing goals and strategies to enhance product quality.
• Partner closely with our development team, customer success, and product manager to deliver top-notch product.
• Generate, manage, and prioritize detailed bug reports to ensure timely fixes.
