About the role
- Work on the implementation, maintenance and support of Mastersaf DFe solutions;
- Analyze and resolve incidents related to issuance and reception of electronic tax documents (NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, NFS-e, among others);
- Support the team and clients in integrating ERP systems with Mastersaf DFe;
- Validate XML layouts, schemas and communication with SEFAZ;
- Monitor fiscal and technical updates to current legislation;
- Prepare technical and functional documentation;
- Participate in continuous improvement and tax process automation projects.
Requirements
- Professional experience with databases (queries, data analysis and data manipulation)
- Knowledge of fiscal processes and DFe
- Solid experience with Mastersaf DFe, with proven hands-on work in the tool
- Strong analytical skills and technical communication
- Experience in analysis and development of interfaces in Mastersaf DFe
- Experience with customizations and parameterizations in the Mastersaf DFe solution
- Knowledge of integrations with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL databases and WebServices (SOAP/REST)
- Experience in tax projects and tax consultancy
- Fluent English.
