• Work on the implementation, maintenance and support of Mastersaf DFe solutions;
• Analyze and resolve incidents related to issuance and reception of electronic tax documents (NF-e, CT-e, MDF-e, NFS-e, among others);
• Support the team and clients in integrating ERP systems with Mastersaf DFe;
• Validate XML layouts, schemas and communication with SEFAZ;
• Monitor fiscal and technical updates to current legislation;
• Prepare technical and functional documentation;
• Participate in continuous improvement and tax process automation projects.
