About the role

  • Ensure effective relationships with health plan operators through in-person communication and/or interactions, telephone and/or digital tools to guarantee effective management of outcomes related to health policies in the medium and large client portfolio.
  • Prepare reports and/or presentations (Health Committees, studies and post-committee reports) by organizing data, information and quantitative and qualitative analyses of the health, financial and population trends of the contracts to support decision-making by Senior Management and/or the Board.
  • Manage medical cases of medium and high clinical and/or financial complexity through a set of solution-oriented actions to positively impact the health status of policyholders.
  • Develop new health products and/or services by preparing and implementing prevention, promotion, protection and rehabilitation actions to deliver value to the client.
  • Ensure appropriate support to insured individuals and/or their dependents by providing clear, objective guidance in accessible language to indicate the appropriate technical direction for their needs.
  • Provide technical consulting by conducting needs assessments and understanding the business environment to offer efficient, productive solutions that optimize the company's operational efficiency and performance.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through mapping carried out during processes, procedures and area workflows, suggesting actions that enable continuous improvement to consistently enhance products and/or services.
  • Perform other related professional activities inherent to the role as required by the area, including training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth.
  • Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs) and new company projects.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD)
  • Active CRM (Brazilian medical registration/license) required
  • Postgraduate degree/specialization or MBA in Project Management
  • Professional experience in business and medical consulting focused on health management
  • Demonstrated customer focus, professionalism, innovation, collaboration, decision-making, strategic vision and planning skills
